    1. Hi Alberto, the basic plan is free of charge, therefore it can only be deleted. 1. Hello! When an account is downgraded, the owner can access his account and subscription details in My Account – Account Details – Change Payment Details button. This applies only to our native plans ( Gold, Platinum, Professional). Since you have our Wix Starter plan, which is managed by Wix, you will need to change your payment details on the Wix side. To do that, please go to Billing & Payments in your Wix account – click App Actions next to 123FormBuilder – select Update Payment Method.

Indeed, I checked and you have open conversations with our Customer Care team in the last month, please check your inbox and reply to my colleagues to solve your issue.

    1. Hello Marinna!

To cancel your account, click on the Cancel Subscription link within your payment details, but if you are a Wix user, you’ll need to follow this guide.

For assistance, don’t hesitate to contact our support specialists at support@123formbuilder.com

      Thanks!
