How to publish an embedded form
on 3dcart
Add an HTML section to your 3dcart page

Log into your 3dcart store, go to the Content tab and choose where you want to publish
the form.
Tip: You can add forms to 3dcart blogs, pages, headers, sidebars, and footers.
- Open your Content editor for the page, blog, sidebar, or footer and switch to HTML mode. Create a Custom Code box.
Paste in the form code from 123FormBuilder
- Log into your 123FormBuilder account (if you’re not already) to copy your form code.
- Once you’re logged in, just go to the Publish section of your form, select the Embed code tab, choose the Javascript embed option and click Copy code.
- Then, just paste the Embed code from your 123FormBuilder account into the Custom Code
box you created, and you’ve got an awesome form on your 3dcart page!
That’s it! Now you can view and submit the 3dcart form:

- After that, just paste the Embed code from your 123FormBuilder account into the Custom code box you already created on your 3dcart page, and you’ve got an awesome lightbox form!
